Case description

The patient was referred after first aid, with suspected C-shaped canal, as can be seen in the diagnostic x-ray photo.

A semi-crescnet shape was evident upon access cavity in the distal and palatal area, in addition to the mesial canals. Following the glidepath preparation, the canals were instruments with the Self-Adjusting File with continuous NaOCl irrigation.
