Case description
This case of a second mandibular molar, from August 2010, demonstrates the ability of the SAF System to preserve the morphology of the oval distal canal, as well-demonstrated in the clinical microscope photograph.
After a glide path of Mtwo 20/.06, SAF was operated for 4 minutes in each canal with sodium hypochlorite. Obturation was done by 2Seal easymix sealer and GuttaMaster oven obturators 35/.04 in each canal.
